AKRR Changes, Cancellations & Refunds: Changes and cancellations made to a confirmed reservation are subject to fees. Changes and cancellations must be advised to RailsNW a minimum of 30 days prior to the commencement of your trip (60 days with hotel or tour). Any changes or cancellations received with less than 30 days notice may not be possible (60 days with hotel or tour). A fee of 25% of booking value per person will be applied for all changes and cancellations. Minimum charge- $100; any trip of value under $100 per person will be non-changeable / non-refundable. Fees apply regardless of circumstance. For your own protection, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance- available at 7% ($35 minimum).

TOUR INFORMATION: All tours are independent packages and are composed of components that can be added together to provide a truly customized package. Consequently, you will not be traveling with the same group of people throughout the tour.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT: A deposit of $250 per person, or 50% of the gross tour price if less than $250 per person, is due at time of booking. Failure to submit deposit will result in automatic cancellation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Payment for rail only reservations is charged at time of booking. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or agency check is accepted. Bookings under 30 days will be charged a late booking fee of $25.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund will be issued, less a 20% administrative fee will be made for written cancellations received at least 61 days before the date on which you are to commence travel. Passengers who make changes or cancel their trip after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per-person fees:
