We've carefully crafted a delicious menu to help you savor every moment of the journey, with freshly prepared meals and classic cocktails included compliments of Pullman Rail Journeys.
Beverages |
Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch and beverages are included in your Pullman Rail Journeys reservation. A full range of soft drinks are offered: Coca Cola products in glass bottles, as well as a range of juices, coffee and teas. Guests may bring bottled water on board and bottled water will also be provided. Guests may not consume liquor aboard purchased prior to boarding Pullman.

Spirits |
There will be a selection of the most popular alcoholic beverages. Local Chicago and New Orleans beers (bottles only) will be available as well as a selection of red, white and sparkling wines in small bottles. Mixed drinks will be available (All hard liquor, brandies, cordials, liqueurs, etc. will be served in miniatures). A variety of beverages will be available in the Dining Car, the Lounge Car, and can be delivered to a guest’s accommodation by asking the porter.

Snacks and Small Bites |
Light meals and snacks are available from the buffet in the Club and Lounge Cars. Sandwiches, soup and salads during off hours and Continental Breakfast fare will be available at appropriate times. Chips, nuts, crackers, fruit, etc. are also available.

Room Service |
Room service of food and refreshments is offered to guests. The Porter will take and fill guest orders as requested. Guests are also invited to visit the Club or Lounge Car and make selections for room service personally.

Lounge Car Hours |
The Lounge Car will be open without closure upon boarding and during the entire journey.

Vegetarian, allergen-free and other special meals must be requested at least three days in advance.
